1 Sterling Place Ltd. specializes in the management of residential properties. These may be single family or small (5-100 unit) properties. While other companies look upon this type of management as a necessary evil, we seek them out.

1 Sterling Place Ltd. is especially helpful in the management for the foreign and/or absentee owner. While others may look upon the absence of an owner as a relief and/or an opportunity, 1 Sterling Place sees this as a sacred trust. Our primary goals for every property managed is:

• To reduce the Owners risk as a Landlord
• To maintain the integrity of the property
• To maintain the cash flow / increase value of the property

All the activities and procedures that are part of our daily operation are focused towards one, or more, of these three main goals, giving both the Owner, our client, and the Tenant, our customer, an unqualified comfort level and peace of mind.

Monthly reports are provided with evidence attached. We anticipate questions, and try to provide the answers to the questions the Owner or Tenant may not know to ask.
